HMRC’s new IR35 Guidance – Are you affected?

Mar 10, 2017
IR35-01

HMRC have updated the rules for IR35 legislation and provided a greater deal of clarity on who will be affected. They are advising workers to re-confirm their position based on current contracts.

This will be affecting public sector workers from April 2017 and will also impact on private sector workers should an investigation be opened into their position.

We recommend that you run through the new HMRC questionnaire below which will identify whether you fall within the legislation or not. As each contract is different the link allows you to print your questionnaire and responses once complete which you can then send to us and we can provide you with appropriate advice on how this affects you.
